If you decide to exchange part of your order (different size, color, item), simply use the enclosed label and drop off the package at a UPS pick-up location. We'll pay for the return shipping cost and ship the new item(s) to you with no additional shipping charge (standard shipping, USA only).

1. Fill out the exchange form which came with your order. Indicate the new item(s) which you would like in exchange. Please note size and color where applicable. You will not be charged additional shipping for the exchanged items sent to you.

If you decide to return part of your order for refund, follow the easy instructions on your packing slip, use the enclosed return label, and drop off the package at a UPS pick-up location. We will deduct $6.95 from your refund for return shipping and handling.
