The Territory Ahead Credit Card program has been discontinued. As a result, customers will no longer be able to use their Territory Ahead Credit Card for purchases as of April 30th, 2009. With the recent state of the economy, we regretfully must discontinue our Territory Ahead Credit Card program and will be ending our relationship with HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A.

Will this affect my credit score?
Please be assured that this decision was in no way dependent upon any cardholder's personal or credit information and will in no way affect an individual's credit score. HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A. will not close the accounts, they will still be open but no transaction will be able to process through the accounts. This will ensure that there is no communication from HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A. to the credit bureaus that might negatively impact a customer as it relates to the discontinuation of The Territory Ahead's relationship with HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A.

What about special financing agreements I currently receive?
HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A. will continue to honor promotional financing that extends beyond April 30th, 2009. Whatever terms you have with HSBC will remain in effect.

What about special promotions and discounts I currently receive?
As a valued customer, you will continue to receive special promotions, offers and communications from The Territory Ahead. To that end, we are pleased to offer all current The Territory Ahead credit card holders a 10% discount on any and all purchases, now through December 31, 2009. You will be receiving a discount pass in the mail no later than April 30, 2009. If you do not receive your discount pass by that date, please call customer service at 1-800-686-8212 or visit any of our retail locations. The discount will be valid by phone, online or at any of our retail locations.

Do I need to pay my balance off in full?
Your balance does not need to be paid immediately in full. Please note that you will remain obligated to pay off any existing balance under the current terms of your Cardholder Agreement and Disclosure Statement.

Will I continue to receive credit card statements?
The Territory Ahead Credit Card accounts are held through HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A. and HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A. will continue to provide customer assistance for those customers carrying a balance. If you do not currently carry a balance, you will no longer receive monthly statements from HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A.

Can I return something I purchased with The Territory Ahead credit card?
We stand behind our 100% Guarantee on everything we sell. If you're not satisfied, whatever the reason, you can return the item to us for an exchange or a full refund. Beginning on June 1, 2009 HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A. will no longer accept credits to any Territory Ahead credit card accounts. After June 1, 2009, all returns that were originally purchased using The Territory Ahead credit card will be refunded with a check directly from The Territory Ahead that will be mailed to the customer.
