good purchase

The indigo is a very nice color. The size large fit my 35""waist very well. The pants look good except the 30"" leg runs very long (I tried 2 pairs), so I have to roll up the pants leg or pay a tailor.

My Husband Loves Them

The only reason I did not give these pants all five stars is because the ""fatigue"" color is a little strange--kind of bright! But my husband loves them all--we bought them in all the available colors, and he wears them all the time!

Great pants and with improved color

These pants fit great, wear great and are worn most of the time because of their comfortable fit and looks. The only downside is the color. The gray and indigo are fine, but couldn't count on the khaki. The latest pair are khaki and are much truer to color name. Good job TTA.

must have for every closet

These are great multipurpose pants that work whether you're lounging, active or taking a casual trip to town. The fit is roomy enough for a yoga class. These pants wear exceptionally well-very durable material with well constructed seams, bands and pockets.

Nice!

These pants are really nice - they look much nicer than the usual elastic waist pants. The material is VERY soft, yet seems quite durable. My only complaint is that the elastic in the waistband is VERY 'aggressive' - that is, it takes a lot for the waistband to expand. This means that, for me, when bending over, the waistband tends to bind. I would prefer a waistband that was a bit 'stretchier'. (Not that it doesn't stretch - it just takes a lot of effort to expand.)

Not quite my favorite pants

I bought these pants because the Zephyr pants (my favorite comfortable pants) that I wanted to buy were backordered and the expected availability date just kept slipping backwards. The Taboose pants are very similar to the Zephyr pants, but not quite as soft, nor quite as cool. Also, I'm not happy with the color of the pants I received. They are much greener than the picture of Khaki color in the catalog (unless maybe they sent me the Fatigue color by mistake).

Drawstring broke

My wife bought these as a gift. The waist ran large, the length was great. After about 3 months of tightening the drawstring, it broke and I cannot wear them anymore, as there is no way to tighten the waist. From our experience, this product is an aberration from TA's normal quality standards.

Great Airline Pants

Just bought and received my second pair of Taboose Pants--comfortable, versatile, good looking (I get compliments) and they're great for wearing on airlines. Why?---no belt to take off for the TSA lines.

Very nice pants -- too warm for summer though

I would have liked these in the winter. Otherwise great pants. Since I ordered them from a spring catalogue for use in the summer, and was ordering on a budget, I had to return them.

Good quality casual pants

These pants are nice quality and great for wearing around the house or in casual settings. As a tall person, usually can't purchase proper fitting TA pants but these are fine for casual wear.

Lack of quality control

I bought a pair a few years ago and really liked them. Well, other than the fact that they bled color into the sofa so I had to get it cleaned. I recently bought two more pair, and they are different than the old ones - the fabric has a stiff canvas like texture, instead of the softer feel of the old ones. Kind of like those canvas pants the swabies in old movies would wear - when I sit, the legs are a bit more than 1"" shorter than the old pair; the new ones are almost 9"" off the floor- quite uncomfortable - the front pocket openings are shorter than the old. On one of the new pants, but not on the other, the opening is so small that my fist can barely get in/out of the pocket.

Not yet

1st they look and feel like , light cords, 2nd for a guy who wears Med., there to long, I need a 32 inseam, there alittle puffy and crouch hangs 2"" below mine. I've only washed once and there still stiff. If they made them out of Pure Woven Cotton Twill with light fleece lining then they might have something.

not like they used to be

I have a few pairs of these, and have always loved them, until the most recent pair I bought which are much stiffer material, not as soft and comfortable, and the crotch is so long they are awkward to wear and walk in- I don't know what happened or why they changed, but I'm sorry to say I can't buy these anymore unless I hear they are making them like they used to

Dissappointed

The ""new"" material is absolutely unacceptable. They used to be extremely comfortable... no longer. With at least 10 washings, Taboose pants remain stiff. Return to the comfortable fabric you used a couple of years ago (let former buyers know) and I'll reorder more. More colors please, in the blue/gray hues.

Taboose pants

I love the color, the fit and length of the Taboose pants but the material Bedford cotton- is and should be much softer. With repeated washing Bedford cotton feels great- please amend the product so I can purchase feel the real bedford cotton.
