The quality of these pants has changed.
I ordered two pair of these pants earlier this year and they were a perfect fit (size 38/34). The latest version has inferior tailoring. For example, the hip area is baggy and shapeless, the waistband is at least an inch bigger than 38 inches, and the length is about a 1/2 inch longer than 34 inches. Also, the fabric is quite a bit thinner and the hem was done using less fabric, causing an unprofessional, flimsy appearance, compared with the earlier version of these pants. I paid a seamstress to alter the hem and waist. But Id rather pay a few extra dollars at the outset to ensure consistent quality. I would not buy these pants again.
Mission Comfort Chino
This is the third pair of these chinos I have purchased. I like the trimmer fit, and the comfort waist. One complaint - on the previous two pairs I have purchased, the elastic in the waist has begun to lose its "stretch", causing the waist to be too loose. They are approximately one year old.
Purchased one pair, then a second, and then a third. Great waistband that forgives that extra desert. Super comfortable fit. Probably the most best pants I have for working.

These pants are well made and are very comfortable. The elastic in the waistband makes buttoning up an easy do. Inseam length good too. I bought one pair of these pants earlier and was so pleased that I ordered a second pair.
Great looking pants
I am 5'10" and 160 pounds. Ordered 34x30 which would usually be a little small for me. They fit great because of the expand-waist. This is my second order of these pants.
good but small
I am 5"10", 185lbs and typically wear a 36 x 30 pants. Originally ordered 36x30 but they were uber small and tight. Ordered a 37x30 that were also tight and small. Have ordered a 38x30 and am hoping that I can get into them. I like these pants but must be able to actually wear them to enjoy them.
I am 6'6", 200 pounds. Originally ordered a 36x36, but the waist was too big, particularly with the expand-waist. Sent them back for a 34x36, and they fit great. Territory doesn't always carry 36 inseams, so I was pleased to see these pants.
I have two pair of these pants and I have noticed that with each washing they shrink in length. When I first bought them they were about the right length and now after about 6 months they are becoming too short. This does not happen with any other pants I own. Therefore I recommend that you order definitely on the long side.

Love the fit, design details, and the fabric. Eat a big meal and the waist expands. I'm glad that TA now carries long inseams. I never used to be able to buy their pants.

Misson Comfort Pants
These pants are terrific . Fit perfectly (40/30)and have a great feel . Now have 5 pair including cords and jeans - all extremely comfortable . Glad to have finally found something like these .
Good idea, poor execution of fit
I would reiterate the earlier review by Warren. The description provided by Territory calls the waist "adjustable," suggesting that the user can adjust the waist as needed, obviously within limits. This is not correct. Rather, it easily expands within certain limits. Given that the thighs and legs rapidly taper (8" bottom), even though I have thin thighs and legs, the problem with the fit of these pants is that they are relatively snug around my legs, but do not contract/sit tightly enough around my waist. Indeed, if I could "adjust" the waist to a tighter fit, the pants might be O.K. But, I can't. It's difficult to imagine what type of body shape could get a good fit out of this good idea that's poorly executed.

Wow...these are great Chinos
Look no further. I have been in search of chinos/khakis like these for years. They are soft but rugged looking. Perfect fit. I am a 33 waist, ordered that size and the stretch waist just simply makes them more comfortable (but not baggy or loose in the waist). For gents liking roomy chinos, these won't do for you as they are in-between regular and slim cut. I am ordering two more pair. Thanks Territory Ahead!
Mission comfort pants.
I love the fabric and style, but the fit was all wrong for me, I am not a big person and the thighs were very snug, and the rise too short. I realize it is just a fit thing, but they charge you to return them, so letting people know that the fit is snug even from what I have experienced as a slim fit. The shorts were all most laughable. I am 5'9" 158 lbs.
mission comfort chinos
Great pants. Great fit. Usually, I order LG; I gambled and ordered a 38 waist and they were perfect. very comfortable. Just right weight. I have three pairs.
best pants ever
These are the best pants I have ever owned. They fit great and are so comfortable. I now have 3 colors. I started with the pleated style and then wanted more mission comfort pants. I will now buy the shorts for sure too.
Hubby loves these
My husband has these in all 5 colors - that should say it all. Only down side is I can't send them to the cleaners because the pigment seems to fade in spots at their high temps, so I do them at home with no problems. Hubby has a slim build so he really likes that the pants aren't baggy in the seat and thighs like a lot of pants. These are real keepers. How about offering in navy?
As promised with an additional color available, I am ordering again. These El Perfecto Chinos are PERFECT in every way !!!
Slim-fit, but still comfy
These are very nice. Exactly what I hoped for. The fabric is soft, smooth and a medium weight. Perfect for spring. Note that they are a bit more "fitted" than most Territory pants. I'd call them a "slim-fit", but the spandex in the fabric keeps them comfortable even when sitting, and the bottoms of the legs don't taper like on some "slim-fit" pants. My new favorites!
Perfect fit for a 37 inch waist. Wish the color selection was more than 2 choices. I will order a second pair and have all the colors available !
