I purchased this shirt last year, wearing it several times in the early spring and again in the fall, when the VA Heat & humidity allowed for long-sleeve shirts. I receive more inquiries about where I found it whenever I wear it. It goes equally well with cargo shorts or jeans, as well as dressier kakis. When I fit purchased it, I was skeptical about the durability, as it is a thin fabric, but it has worn well over the year. I take a small, 5'7"", 140lbs, and the fit is true to form. It's more that what I am typically used to paying for a shirt, but in retrospect it has been well worth it. I'm glad there is a new color this year. It's a definite purchase!
I wanted to order this shirt ~around Christmas time but it was always on back order. I saw that it was again available and quickly ordered the ""multi"" (not ""red multi""). It is a beautiful shirt; colors are as shown in the picture, fabric drapes perfectly and size is true. I am very very glad that I was able to buy it
Encore for itself
I bought this when they first brought it out; one of the most unique shirts ever, and puts shirts by some well known and expensive designers to shame. It's just beautiful, and even people that think you're, um, unique, can't believe you show up in one of these. Yet it's striking without being ostentatious. Wish I had a closet full of clothes like this.
This shirt is a perfect example of why I've been a dedicated TTA customer for going on 10 years. The colors (I bought the blue-dominated Multi) are even more vibrant than in the screen shot, and the level of detail invites comment and compliments. The Red Multi is next on my list.
beware the wash
I loved this shirt the moment I saw it last year, and immediately ordered it. After only two washings, the shirt had shrunk at least 1.5 inches across the chest. I was so disappointed that I donated the shirt to Goodwill. I think I'll reorder the shirt in a size larger than I need, in hopes that I can wear it for years after shrinkage.

Encore Linen Shirt
The color pattern on this shirt is eye-catching. I got the Port Multi and have received several compliments from pure strangers so far. It is well-proportioned. The medium is a bullseye for me. Goes great with jeans. Just remember that because it's linen, it tends to wrinkle easily. The sleeves get these rolling wrinkles around the elbows. Beyond that, it's a handsome shirt and typical of TA's styles in shirts.
Broken-in feel combined with a cool, lightweight fabric. Vivid colors. Very high quality shirt that is true to size. Thanks TA.
This is a lovely shirt, great color which is a little bit more overall blue than the image on the website. I like the rich combination of patterns, something very different for me and a welcome addition to my wardrobe. The drape is wonderful and the fabric is quite soft and comfy. I'm an athletic 5'9"", 165 lbs and the small is a relaxed fit on me so this shirt does run a bit large. I washed it right away, put it in the dryer on low and it fits just about perfect now.
This shirt is a perfect example of one of Territory Ahead's sweet spots: richly woven, multi-colored striped shirts that feel one of a kind and make you feel like a million bucks. I got it in the red and immediately received compliments and a couple women obsessed with figuring out what kind of fabric it was. Someone else from overseas said it reminded her of her home country's clothing, which delighted her, and yet another said it looked like I'd been on an adventure in the far east. Me, I just love the colors and detail of the weave. Vivid and busy; I have yet to tire of them, and the colors look great on me. Being a linen shirt, it is a little scratchier than you might expect compared to regular cotton shirts, but its light and breathable material makes it great in the hot summer, with sleeves rolled up, or in cooler temperatures with an undershirt. Definitely recommended. Shoot, with all the comments on the blue version being great, maybe I should get that one, too.
Slight TTA problem
I am a TTAaholic. I must own at least a dozen of their shirts. This one looks great especially with jeans. The one problem I see with most of TTA's shirts is EXTRA LONG SLEEVES. Other consumers have made comments about this & I am now getting second thoughts about buying any more (as if I need any more) shirts from them. I'm 5'9"" 155# I always order mediums & have to cuff the sleeve. Small is too small.
Ohio summers, Florida winters
The shirt is outstanding, it does have a smaller collar but very comfortable across the chest. The sleeves are a little longer, when i workout shoulders or traps it fits fine, if i don't workout for awhile the sleeves do get longer but don't shy from purchasing this fine shirt.
Gaudy colors, great fabric
I loved the shirt's fabric! Fabulous weight and texture. But the colors were SO bright and gaudy, looked ready for the circus. Too bad! TTA, please offer in other, more subdued colors please.

Everyone Asks About it
This is a beautiful shirt. Colors are vibrant but not loud or obnxious. Linen is heavy but breathable making the shirt feel really substantial. I alway receive comments on this when I wear it- owned it now for a year plus. True to size. I'm 6'1", 228 lbs and the large is room enough but not sloppy. Would buy the red one if I could.
