Old Steamboat Plaid Corduroy Shirt - Mustard
Details
Old Steamboat Plaid Corduroy Shirt
Back in the late 19th century, Old Steamboat earned his reputation as “The Horse That Couldn’t Be Ridden.” While license plates commemorate him today, his defiant spirit influenced us to name our long-standing corduroy after him. Bucking all conceived notions, fine, 16-wale cotton has been yarn-dyed and garment-washed for a softer feel. Button-down collar, shirttail hem. Machine wash. Imported.

great product at a (finally) reasonable price

Very Good, but not the Old Old Steamboat
I own eight Old Steamboat shirts, size S, purchased before J. Peterman acquired Territory Ahead. They are well made and fit me almost as if they were tailored. The new Old Steamboat shirt is well made, however the body and the sleeves are slightly longer, so the fit is just a little off. Do most people who wear a small have a 34” reach, I doubt it, so what gives with the overly long sleeves? I purchased this shirt in a last call sale, so I can afford to spend some money on tailoring, otherwise it would be going back. In summary, quality cloth and stitching, poor sizing.

Shirt
Beautiful comfy corduroy fabric, well made but glad I ordered a Medium since TA shirts I’ve bought all seem to run big.

I love T A Corduroy
I love the shirt and have received many compliments as soon as people see it. It’s a very soft and comfortable shirt.
