My experience was terrible!!! Placed order 30 day prior to Christmas. Received jacket and returned for replacement as the fit was too large. I followed all return/replacement instructions and returned first week of December. This should have given you plenty of time to reship in time for Christmas. I spoke with you customer service and was promised delivery before Christmas. That never happened. I did not find out till the second week in January that it was not shipped back and you were now out of stock. This is inexcusable! You can please take my name off your mailing list as I will never do business with your company again. I’m sure you will not even follow up with a courtesy to make amends. That’s just how your company must roll. No service no sales. Good luck staying in business. Sincerely, Your irate customer
