Kalispell shirt
The shirt was an eye catcher which I bought for my nephew but unfortunately it was too small and had to be returned since a larger size was not available. I returned it for another which we both love. Additionally I found a great shirt for myself which I purchased. and now we are both happy and looking forward to celebrating xmas

Let’s start with the product. I’m a solid medium, but this thing hung like a circus tent. No problem, I contacted support and they were happy to facilitate an exchange. I went through the process and had no acknowledgement that my registered return was recognized, so I contacted support again and they apologized and said something convenient like they were changing over systems. Weeks went by and still no word. So I contacted support several times. To their credit, they responded each time, but with no actual update. Finally, I contacted support again and said I lost faith in this company and decided to opt for a refund. I finally got the refund, minus $15.95 for shipping. This is where I have a major issue. First $15.95 for shipping is outrageous given the product is just a shirt and shipped in an envelope. Then, after weeks of delay, and after I initially wanted an exchange that never came, they even charged me for shipping. Can not recommend.
