Some gifts just can’t go wrong. In that category we put this cotton-blend shirt, which makes every guy who wears it happier than he expected. The main reason for that is the solid fabric, which is hefty without being too heavy and has a detectable stand-up quality. Where softer flannel twills drape and slouch, it rises to the task. That’s due to the linen and polyester elements, which also add texture. We’ve made the faux-horn buttons slightly larger than usual, to drive home the point that this shirt can handle big jobs. Pairs nicely with a sturdy pair of jeans or moleskin trousers, plus a purposeful belt and footwear. Classic fit. Cotton-linen-poly. Machine wash. Imported.

I have been a customer for twenty plus years. The prices are higher than I like and the shipping costs and return cost make me very careful on what I purchase. They have a lot of great products so I continue to buy from them. This spring 2025 is the only time I’ve ever had a problem with a return based on a system change. There new system is working. It took 3 plus months but I got my refunds. Go to your order history. It’s all there . I still don’t like there shipping costs and return policy but I will continue to shop with them.

Vanity sizing(?)

As with another item I reviewed (and returned), seems well made - substantial weight and softness. But as with other items, seems to be afflicted by "vanity sizing" - medium sizing more like a large. Ordered in 3 different colors and kept one to try to shrink it, but as anticipated, it's pre-shrunk.

Also submitting this review as I returned these items in March and am currently undergoing a dispute with my credit card company as I've yet to receive my refund (yes, I've attempted phone calls and have multiple emails/proof). I believe there are many customers in similar situations, so I suspect I'm not the only customer lost - won't be purchasing again, unless there's proof the company has mitigated its returns and customer service processes.
