I had actually bought two $100 gift certificates for my son, one in December as a Christmas gift, the second in January for his birthday. With the first, there was no problem. I was able to print-out the certificate and mail it to him in a greeting card. There were multiple problems with the second. The option to print-out the certificate did not appear. I was invited to reproduce it with the click of a button, but that didn't work (after several attempts.. The only thing I was able to extract was a repeat of the order confirmation (twice). After several email exchanges and phone calls, I finally got the certificate - after his birthday and after mailing to him the order number and my apologies. He has been a regular customer of TA for several years and has had his own problems with them in the past, so he was more accepting of the circumstances than I was. In the end, all was resolved, but it was frustrating.
