Expedited Orders

Expedited orders with all items in stock placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Expedited orders that are placed after 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. If your order contains one or more backordered items, items available will ship immediately and the remainder of your items will ship together when they have all become available and be shipped via the Standard shipping option. Furniture Item Shipping

Furniture item shipping will be calculated in the shopping cart.

International Orders Only

Your country may impose additional taxes or duties based upon the retail value of your order. You or the intended recipient are responsible for these charges, and we cannot offer a refund if the shipment is refused.

Return and Exchanges

We strive for the finest quality goods and service. Your happiness is essential to ours. Items purchased online or from our catalogue may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of shipping date. If an item is defective or damaged, or picking error ~ please reach out to us within 7 days.

During the holiday season, we will accept returns purchased from November 1st through December 31st if received by January 31st. Goods returned for reasons other than defect must be in original condition as received. Items marked Final Sale or Last Call may not be returned or exchanged.

To Return Merchandise:

Please complete and return the form received in your shipment with any goods you would like to return or exchange. You may ship items back via the carrier of your choice at your own expense. Alternately, you can email or go to and obtain a prepaid return label for a $11.00 charge. If you opt to use the prepaid return label, we will deduct $11.00 from the amount refunded. (Our Prepaid return label excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, International orders)

 We do not accept any return for items that we listed as Final Sale /Last Call item(s)due to the limited quantity and/or hygienic reasons. We will not accept returns that have been washed, worn, or damaged. We do not accept the return of underwear due to hygienic reasons.

Please allow up to one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. If you have further questions or would like assistance with your return, please call our Customer Care Team at 888-331-8916 Monday through Friday between 8 am and 9 pm EST and we will be happy to help.

To Exchange Merchandise:

Domestic Orders: Shipping is on us. If you use our convenient, prepaid Merchandise Return Label, you will not be charged the   shipping cost to return these items to us. We will also cover the regular shipping cost to get that exchanged item back to you.

International Orders: When exchanging an item or items, you will not be able to use the Merchandise Return Label if you are   outside the U.S., so you will need to pay for shipping your item back to us. There will also be international shipping charges on the   item we send to you after an exchange.

To Exchange Same Item for Different Size or Color (or damaged or incorrect merchandise): Shipping is on us. You will not be charged the shipping cost to return these item( s) to us and you will not be charged the shipping cost to get that exchanged item back to you. (Excludes Canada and International orders). Please note exchange orders cannot be guaranteed.  If your item is not available for an exchange, we will refund the item( s) back to the original source of payment.

To Exchange Item for Different Item Please call our Customer Care Team at 888-436-1031~ Monday through Friday between 8 am and 9 pm EST so we can place a new order for the item (s) you are interested in. We will have to charge your credit card for the order.  We will waive regular shipping charges on your new item (s). Once we receive your return, we will credit you for the cost of the original item( s).
