WRONG SIZE

Great shirt... been buying for years 'cuz I live in them all winter, but....shipping has become an issue. The latest episode: ordered a Large in Seaport Blue but they sent a small. Didn't notice until I washed it right out of the package, so...my fault?
Last Fall I had to wait two months for the second of two shirts ordered to arrive. Customer Service tried to claim it had had been shipped. Finally arrived many weeks later after several heated conversations with them.
Moral of the story: double-check everything
