Quality Control Gone

I have been a Territory Ahead customer for decades. The last few products have all been substandard. Jeans that were too long. A polo shirt that developed a hole in where the pocket is attached after a few washings, a long-sleeve shirt that had sleeves that were so long they covered my hands, and a long-sleeve t-shirt with poorly constructed cuffs. To add to this, I returned the jeans over six weeks ago and still have not received a refund.
