This is a good quality shoe which the territory ahead features. I'm disappointed in the service of other items I've purchased from them. Wrong items shipped and then no replacements when they are returned. They have good quality clothing, but they're service is not of the same caliber. I have shopped this store since the inception. I'm taking a break given the management has departed from quality servixe under a the current ownership. Will likely return to Orvis. Thanks
