My overall experience in purchasing this Gallatin corduroy coat was disappointing. I paid what I considered an expensive shipping charge to get this item. When it arrived I tried it on and found it to be ill-fitting and sloppy-looking. The size was what I usually order, but I looked like a homeless person in it. When I called to get assistance in returning it, the representative was friendly and helpful, but he told me that I would have to wait several weeks to eventually see any refund on my credit card statement. I had to mail the coat back at my expense. I’m not sure I’ll order anything from Territory Ahead again.
