United StatesNice, But Size Runs Big
I bought this jacket in a size Medium as that's what I always wear. It was long in the shoulders, sleeves, and overall length, so I returned it in order to exchange it for a size Small. I sent it out on 8/19 and Territory Ahead was in receipt of the return as of Wednesday, 8/23. It is now 9/6 -- two weeks later -- and I have not received the replacement nor heard anything from Territory Ahead about the exchange, tracking, or shipping. As I was paying for the jacket with an offered 4-part payment plan, I'm currently paying for a jacket that I don't have, though I'm sure (a) it's very nice and (b) it will fit well if I ever receive it. (Over at Amazon, they send out their replacement exchanges immediately upon issuance of the return tracking number from the shipper, which indicates the return is in progress. That seems to me a good, timely way to do business.)
