How to get a really good fit:
First and foremost, if you have any questions about size, call customer service at 888-436-1031. We have actual garment measurements for every item and we’ll be happy to help you find the perfect size.

Measure yourself with a tape measure using the instructions below. (Or have a friend do it. Serve sangria, as a bribe.) Jot down your measurements and compare them with the body measurement sizing charts found below
and on each product page.

HAT: Measure circumference of your head where a hat would naturally rest (normally above the brow).
WAIST: Measure around your natural waist or, if you prefer, a little lower, where you may actually wear your pants.
NECK: Measure the circumference of your neck. (Add a little for your Adam's apple.)
SEAT/HIP: Standing, with feet together, measure around the fullest part of the hips. Don't cheat.
CHEST/BUST: Measure around fullest part, but with tape under your arms.
You'll need a friend to do this for you. (More sangria.)
INSEAM: Use a well-fitting similarly styled pair of pants. Lay them flat, with seam on seam.
Measure from crotch to bottom of hem.
ARM/SLEEVE LENGTH: Your arm must be slightly bent to do this correctly. Then, measure from center back of your neck, over the shoulder, down the arm, past the elbow (slightly bent) all the way to wrist. (Your friend may be needed for this too.)
"FOR MEN AND WOMEN": What does that mean? They're men's sizes, in fact.
On women, these items will be attractively oversized; sleeve length will be long.
TALL: All of the measurements are the same as the Regular Size, but we’ve added 1” to the sleeve length and 2” to the body length.

Where is the white shirt?

Recently, I got your 104 catalogue. In it I was looking for a White short sleeved pocket crew. This is the first time you have never had a white short sleeve pocket crew, but instead summer rain.
I just got number 105 today and sure enough the white short sleeve pocket crew is back after I bought the summer rain one out of desperation. Unless I can order by phone, which is increasingly hard to do, there is a discrepancy between 105 and what is on your website. How can I order White short sleeved pocket crew and return my summer rain purchase?

Bring back tall and white, please!

For years I've ordered medium tall white A-lists--they're the best! But I no longer see tall or white A-list shirts on your site. Have they been discontinued? If so, why?

I ordered for a list with pocket. None of them had pocket. I've been ordering for 10 years always with pocket. I've tried to call in no one answers no one calls me back. I have gone online and it says you charge me $5 to return them well it's not my mistake. I'm going to give a few more days and then I'll take the next step
