How to get a really good fit:
First and foremost, if you have any questions about size, call customer service at 888-436-1031. We have actual garment measurements for every item and we’ll be happy to help you find the perfect size.

Measure yourself with a tape measure using the instructions below. (Or have a friend do it. Serve sangria, as a bribe.) Jot down your measurements and compare them with the body measurement sizing charts found below
and on each product page.

HAT: Measure circumference of your head where a hat would naturally rest (normally above the brow).
WAIST: Measure around your natural waist or, if you prefer, a little lower, where you may actually wear your pants.
NECK: Measure the circumference of your neck. (Add a little for your Adam's apple.)
SEAT/HIP: Standing, with feet together, measure around the fullest part of the hips. Don't cheat.
CHEST/BUST: Measure around fullest part, but with tape under your arms.
You'll need a friend to do this for you. (More sangria.)
INSEAM: Use a well-fitting similarly styled pair of pants. Lay them flat, with seam on seam.
Measure from crotch to bottom of hem.
ARM/SLEEVE LENGTH: Your arm must be slightly bent to do this correctly. Then, measure from center back of your neck, over the shoulder, down the arm, past the elbow (slightly bent) all the way to wrist. (Your friend may be needed for this too.)
"FOR MEN AND WOMEN": What does that mean? They're men's sizes, in fact.
On women, these items will be attractively oversized; sleeve length will be long.
TALL: All of the measurements are the same as the Regular Size, but we’ve added 1” to the sleeve length and 2” to the body length.

Not all cotton is created equal. We start with a long-staple yarn from the US, then spin and knit the yarn in Peru, into a very specific thickness and weight. No one spins yarn like our Peruvian friends (we affectionately refer to them as the Spin Doctors). The end result is a cotton jersey that has unparalleled softness, yet a heft that is found nowhere else. Specially dyed and washed to hold its color while improving with age. Hence, this is why we call our best-selling T-shirt, The A-List. Machine washable. Made in Peru.

Note: This T-Shirt is on the generous side of Classic Fit. We recommend ordering one size smaller if you prefer a trimmer fit.

Best T-shirt around

I've been buying the Short Sleeve A-List Pocket Crew from The Territory Ahead for many years and they've only gotten better, although the price has also soared. These are the best T-shirts I've ever found and now the only ones I will buy. Although I'm a very picky purchaser, for my purposes they are faultless, but I will say that they could remove the little embroidered emblem and I would not miss it. It's rare that you get what you pay for is actually true, but in the case of the Short Sleeve A-List Pocket Crew it certainly is. I have about 25 of them -- some very old -- and would buy even more but several of the colors I like don't seem to be available.

The Best Tee Shirt

These are definitely the best tee shirts bar none. They fit perfect (I’m 6’-3” and 225 lbs. XL), they’re comfortable and sharp looking. My only complaint would be availability in certain colors. If you find your size and color, snatch it up before it’s out of stock.
