This was a birthday present for my wife

This was a birthday present for my wife. She did not like it because it didn't have buttons .and looked more like a robe. I returned both of them via UPS.
I received a second one I assume by mistake.

The order process was very disappointing

The order process was very disappointing. We were expecting a 5-7 day deliver which turned in to over three weeks. This lack of service will curtail our enthusiasm for future orders.
