Linen And Cotton Blend Herringbone Overalls

The fabric enticed me but the metal clasps were too heavy and chunky as well as difficult to manipulate. Overalls were cheaply constructed compared to the higher quality in the men’s shirts (My husband has several.)
I waited several months for these to become available; they were a total disappointment and immediately returned. Unfortunately, customer pays s/h on both purchase cost and returns. I followed their returns policy which states that unworn/undamaged items returned within 30 days will be refunded within 7-10 days. It’s been one month since then and TA has still not acknowledged my return even though my postal QR shows it was received by the company. Since then, it’s been impossible to reach a live person or get a meaningful email response (“Someone will get back to you shortly” have been the sole answers regarding my return and legitimate request for a refund. I’m wondering if they’re in financial trouble? No matter how enticing, be wary and stay away from this company!!!
