Wrong product in the bag

Wrong product in the bag. The label was correct the product was not. Totally different had not hood and had buttons instead of a zipper. It was the right color though. I live 15 miles from town, so too much of a hassle to return and I don't think you had any more of the correct product.

Much to like but

Much to like but, surprised at the lack of front pockets.

Lacks a normal feature

My Echo Mountain hoodie looks great and fits perfectly (large tall ). Very much as described. Nice material. The only issue is I was surprised there were no pockets. No hand warmer or inside pockets. The description didn’t mention pockets but……I sort of expected one or the other.
