I liked the color...

I liked the color but the style of the length jacket is too long, radius of the arm sleeves do not not fit, it's a better fit for a women's or child's arms, linen fabric is very thin. Yes, I have worn linen trousers as well as jacket, this one was much inferior. I am surprised since previous men's clothing I've purchased excellent. Plus, I've called many times to reach your service desk to no avail, including leaving my number for a return call. I would like to return the jacket but so far I am unable to complete the return call to initiate return process.
