I hate these pants

I hate these pants. They do not fit at all. And, I can't return them because i tried to send them back after 30 days.
Plus, I ordered them with a jacket. 106 days later, it is finally being sent to me. I thought I'd send in the pants after I rec'd the jacket. I really liked the jacket I would order the pants in a different size. Or, if I didn't like the jacket, I would return it all at once. I never dreamed it would be 106 days before I would hear the jacket is coming. Anyway, the pants do not fit at all
