I was very excited to purchase these as I have been looking for lightweight and breathable options away from the plastic-fad. TA does a fair job of catering to tall people also [albeit more expensive to get tall versions (yet S-XXL is the same cost regardless of person-size)].
I ordered these in early June and they would be very helpful in the heat of the summer. After ordering I was informed they were on backorder with no receipt date so they would just hold my order until it came in.
I received an email about a month later saying they were going to get in and needed my card information verified and authorized. I consented and filled out the form again.
Now its been 3-4 weeks since then, and after reaching out in regards to the matter was told the fulfillment team should have processed it within a couple days but they did not and they will get back to me.
At this rate, I might have some linen overalls to wear in my sauna during the winter. Or maybe not. It’s not the first I’ve heard of there being some serious pipeline issues through Territory Ahead. My steam for this product has fizzled and I just want to get over the process to either know if I’ll be able to get them or not.
Considering the higher price tag on the goods sold you would think things would be in order, so it’s a big let down to not feel like your business to them matters enough to get things right. This experience will likely prevent me from ordering again.
