I ordered a medium and received a medium, but it was sized like a double XL. I made numerous attempts to contact someone in the returned department but was hung up on over and over. The options on the website only included re-ordering the same item, but they were out of smalls, so it was, impossible for me to make an exchange. I eventually return the shirt which cost me $11 for shipping. I am done ordering from this company.
