DEFECTIVE ZIPPERS

Bought this item in 2 colors and zippers would not function on both of them. Was authorized to return them and I did offer to accept the items back if they would fix the non working zippers. I never had a response to that offer. My offer is still open if they are interested - but the zippers have to work!
