Details

Named for an actual island off the coast of  Queensland, and for the state of mind it will put you in, this singular pant has an exotic flair that will appeal to bold dressers and seekers of the perfect spontaneous moment. Made of a lightweight, beautifully space-dyed stripe fabric, it’s ideal for throwing on after surf adventures and an end-of-day outdoor shower. Its natural partner is a white linen popover—and, for those truly committed, a beaded bracelet. Full elastic waist, zip fly, and exterior drawcord. Engraved coconut buttons at back pockets. 100% cotton. Machine wash. Imported.

Rock star pants

I like the pants. However your employee has erred. I ordered a pair that were too long in the leg. When I called to exchange the item I was told it would take two weeks to process the exchange...after the item was in your hands returned. I then initiated a return (not exchange) and ordered a different size. I received the new item. A week or so later I received a notice saying my "exchange" was processed and another pair was being mailed. Your employee could not stop the delivery. I had to return the extra pair. I'M WAITING FOR YOUR COMPANY TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE RETURN.

Poor bookkeeping

I ordered the pants too long the first time. I was told an exchange could take 2 weeks to process, after you received the exchange item. I then initiated a return, and ordered a new pair. Now, after a few weeks after the delivery, I get an e-mail stating my exchange was processed, and you couldn't pull it back from the mail room? I have extra work to do returning the unneeded pants. That's inefficient, and failed bookkeeping on your part, in my opinion. Now I have to watch my bank account to be sure you don't double charge me. I like the pants.
