I returned this item via certified mail which was received by TTA on 12/8 waited patiently for refund to my card but after a few weeks nothing ..I reached out via email and got some BS excuse and as of today 1/6/26 no refund no update. Extremely disappointed with this company the quality and customer services has certainly diminished to the unacceptable over time and I have been a longtime customer :>(
