Poor customer service

The shirt was too large so I started a return/exchange for a smaller size. They will not send me a return label as they said they would. I cannot chat with anyone human, only an “AI Assistant”. The same happens if I email. The “AI Assistant “ says he is handing me off to the “Care Team” and nothing happens. When you call the customer service number you get a recording saying they are all busy and to hold or call later. If you hold the system hangs up on you after repeating the message twice. So you are screwed.

I'd love to hear what you think about my purchase from you about one year ago. It would have been a good ethic to send them to me or simply return my payment. It'd only take a good and honesty in your business ethic. Not even a star to you since you cheat.
