I have been a customer for twenty plus years. The prices are higher than I like and the shipping costs and return cost make me very careful on what I purchase. They have a lot of great products so I continue to buy from them. This spring 2025 is the only time I’ve ever had a problem with a return based on a system change. There new system is working. It took 3 plus months but I got my refunds. Go to your order history. It’s all there . I still don’t like there shipping costs and return policy but I will continue to shop with them.
