The waistband (where you’ll feel the magic) is constructed with hidden elastic stretch tabs at the sides, allowing up to 3” of expansion on the days where you need a little more give. Zip fly. The exchange process took too long and I didn’t get my second pair of shorts! I assume that they few back ordered or out of stock but I didn’t get any notice as too what happened.
