The pant that started it all, also available in a hot-tropic summertime weight cotton-nylon poplin. Super lightweight. At 4 ounces, this fabric is about half the weight of our best-selling twill. All the same hallmark details as the original. The waistband (where you’ll feel the magic) is constructed with hidden elastic stretch tabs at the sides, allowing up to 3” of expansion on the days where you need a little more give. Gussets at front pockets for added strength. Button tab back pockets. Zip fly. Antique brass buttons. Classic fit. Cotton-nylon. Machine wash. Imported.

Great Travel Pants

I bought these pants for travel overseas to a conference in Vienna. Austria. The temps were quite warm during my conference (>30°C). But the poplin fabric kept me cooler than other materials. The poplin material created a very light-weight fabric that also included a bit of stretch. Also, the poplin fabric kept the wrinkles at bay and dried quickly (I got caught in a rain shower and the pants dried amazingly fast). The size fit me quite well (34x34) and the straight leg provided an overall trimming look. Pockets are deep (enough for a cell phone and/or passport) and the Velcro back pockets securely held stuff. Overall, these pants worked great for my needs and met my expectations.

Nice, light weight trouser, perfect for summer wear.

I enjoy the style - a good fit for me. The zipper is a bit tight but will probably loosen with wear. Not all the colors were available in my size- order earlier next time.

Superlight Poplin Chino

This is my fourth pair of these pants. They are extremely comfortable, and the touch of stretch in the waist is just right. I wish they’d make them in black and sage green!
