Frustrated

So I bought this blazer because it’s really nice. I purchased a second blazer in addition The problem is the Sundeck blazer never shipped. You think it did but Shop says no and I never received it. I’m trying to speak to a human after going through a barrage of infuriating AI. Please call me. I need to speak to a human. Even AI thinks so. Please contact me. This is my forum of last resort. Plus and minus.

I like the quality of the manufacture and the material is just like I hoped it would be; the only issue is that the sleeve length is way too long for me, and I have fairly standard length arms. I will have to get it altered before I am able to wear it.
