I never received the item. It was a gift to my son-in-law in California and I shipped it directly to him He filed a claim with the post office They have a locked mailbox and a camera on their door Your customer service won’t make this right. I cannot file a police report because it was not stolen It was never delivered I have tried to contact you several times
