customer service, please
It took me 4 tries , including 2 waiting on the phone for a person in customer service, to get a mailing label to return a shirt that was too big. I vowed not to shop at Territory Ahead for some time, maybe until I sense some improvement in service.
It's a repeat!
This was my favorite shirt, so I bought a second one!
