I never received my order

I never received my order. That is because it was never shipped. An email with a tracking number was emailed to me but the order was never shipped. After a number of unsatisfactory back and forth emails my money was credited back to me. I have been a loyal customer of The Territory Ahead for decades and I am extremely disappointed by this experience.
